Pequea Valley Wrestling Club is made up of wrestlers from Kindergarden to 12th grade.  Each wrestler is taught the basic rudimentary moves and rules to compete in youth wrestling matches and tournaments.  We work with the kids to help them with the fundamentals.   We will break the practice up into two parts.  First part is to prepare them for the Future Varsity League (FVL) matches.   The second part of each practice we strive to make sure we end with a fun activity.   The activities are meant to help team mates develop wrestling basics as well as have fun in the process.   Wrestling is a great confidence builder for all ages and a physically challenging sport.  It is ok for new wrestler's to feel timid entering the room but we strive to have each wrestler excited to get practice underway by the end of the season.
