Prospector SC Recreational Youth Soccer Registration for Fall 2020

Thank you for registering with Prospector Soccer Club. During these challenging times due to the current pandemic, we at Prospector are doing our best to plan for a fall season while understanding the situation is uncertain. As you go through the registration process we have included an addendum to our regular refund policy in the event that the season or part of the season needs to be canceled due to county and/or state guidelines regarding return to play for youth sports or any continued suspensions of play by our governing associations. We are anxious to return to the pitch and re-unite with our soccer family when it is safe to do so.

Regular Registration: May 1st - July 15th ($120.00)
Wait List Registration: July 16 - July 31 (any registrations accepted from the wait list will incur a $35 late fee)

Begin games when allowed

Update 1 - June: Our governing associations and the El Dorado County Health Department have cleared youth soccer to resume with a phased approach to return to play. Update 2 - June 27: Prospector has extended regular registration to July 15th (previously June 30th). Last fees will not be assessed until July 16th.

*Please be patient as we go through the team forming process in a compressed time frame after registration closes as we delayed opening and also pushed out the deadline for registration due to the current situation and work with the schools and CSD's to determine when fields may re-open.

Requirements for completed registration:
- Online registration fully completed including all required player/parent information
- Player photo (clear head-shot, full face visible, no hats, no sunglasses)
- Player proof of age (birth certificate or passport are most common) if not already on file with the club
- All registration waivers acknowledged/signed by legal parent/guardian of the player. If the player is 18, the player must acknowledge/sign waivers.
- Registration payment

A player will not be placed on a team until all items above are received by the club.

Coach and friend requests will be considered and honored when possible, but are not guaranteed.
