The Knoxville NFL Flag league is set up to offer players a fun and competitive environment to learn the fundamentals of the game of football.  Our program will be aligned with what students will be learning in the middle school and high school program and has been endorsed by the varsity football coaches.
Our season will officially begin in August and will consist of a 7 week season + a Super Bowl.  There will be two practices per week with games on Saturdays.

Registration: $75 registration opens on May 15th at midnight and is open until July 1st. Starting on July 2nd until August 26th (first game) there will be a $15 Late Registration fee to cover shipping expenses.

Training Camp: July 22nd and July 29th from 9:30AM-11:00AM.  The purpose of Training Camp is to see what kind of skills and athleticism each player has so we can more evenly divide up teams and balance the league.  Players will rotate through stations and get a head start on their peers on developing football skills.

Draft Night: This is new this year and will be used to notify players and their families of which team they are on.  We hope to have a visual graphic displayed on the projector of the KPAC as players cross the stage and receive their jerseys.
Practices: Practices will be on Tuesday/Thursdays beginning on August 15th and will continue until our last game on October 14th.  Practices last year began at 5:00 and ended at 6:30.  We practiced after the KMS team on their practice field.Practice Dates: 8/15, 8/17, 8/22, 8/29

Games: Games are played on Saturday mornings at Randy Wilson Track and were played at 9:00 and 10:00 last year.Game Dates: 8/26, 9/2, 9/9, 9/16, 9/23, 9/30, 10/7 will be used for Make-Up GamesPlayoffs / Super Bowl.  Seedings will be based on regular season final standings with the top seed playing against the lowest seed.  9:00 and 10:00 games are for the first round of the Playoffs.  Super Bowl will be played at 11:00 or during the final game of the day.
