Mission Statement

It is the mission of the Union Grove Jr. Broncos Basketball program to educate and empower today’s youth with confidence, commitment and integrity, so they can be productive and successful on and off the court. Our goal is to teach young athletes respect for themselves, their peers and their community by instilling core values built on Gratitude, Servant Leadership, Humility, and Grit. Together, our players, families and volunteers will work with determined spirit to cultivate a safe and disciplined environment so every child can reach their full potential, develop their talents and increase their skills in the game of basketball and more importantly… life. 

Vision Statement
Our coaches are all volunteers and contribute their time teaching team concepts while working on individual skills. Parents need to be supportive of the coaching received and the efforts of their child. Players need to absorb the teaching provided and work to continually improve their skills. The mission can only be accomplished through a shared effort from coaches, players, and parents.  The challenge is always to bring these core values to life, and into the lives of those we lead. Together we can turn vision into everyday action and purpose into practice.
