The Haverford Heat is an American Legion Baseball organization. American Legion baseball is an amateur baseball league affiliated with the American Legion Veteran organization that you are likely familiar with.  American Legion Baseball was founded in 1925 and is one of the nation’s most successful amateur athletic programs, educating young people about the importance of sportsmanship, citizenship and fitness.   As your young athlete ages out of their respective youth baseball league and if they still wish the play competitive baseball in a local setting, the Haverford Heat is an option to consider.   The Haverford Heat offers four divisions of play:
·       Preps:  Ages 13-14 (Age as of December 31)
·       Sandlots: 15u
·       Juniors: 16u
·       Seniors: 17-19u
