2012-2013 Upward Basketball and Cheerleading Online Registration



This season will be an exciting time for participants, parents, coaches and everyone who gets involved! We encourage you to consider how you can be a part of the fun! We have opportunities for every single person including:

Prayer Team
Head Coach
Assistant Coach
Referee
Set-Up
Tear-Down
Concessions
Scoreboard

and of course...
Basketball Players and Cheerleaders

The early registration cost per child for 

basketball/cheerleading is $55; 

after October 29th, the cost is $65. 

Deadline for registration is November 8. 

Basketball shorts are optional at a cost of $13. 
Cheerleading mock turtlenecks are optional at a cost of $13.
 
Discount of $10 off for additional children in same household

Important Upward Dates

Everyone must attend one basketball evaluation or cheerleading orientation. They will take place at the First Church of God as follows: (Siblings may come together on either night.)
  • 1st and 2nd Grade Boys/Girls Monday, November 5, between 6:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
  • 3rd and 4th Grade Boys/Girls Tuesday, November 6, between 6:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
  • 5th and 6th Grade Boys/Girls Thursday, November 8, between 6:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
Prctices begin the week of Monday, January 7, 2013
First Game - Saturday, January 26, 2013 
Awards Celebration - Saturday, March 23, 2013
