Dynamic Futbol Academy is a small club providing soccer development for ages 3-18 year olds. Our main focus is to develop players and give them the opportunity to play soccer at the level they desire, whether that is High School, College, or Professional. Our Sessions occur directly after school so that we can give families back their time. DFA starts at the age of 3 because we want to give players the right foundation to be as successful as possible in the sport of soccer. We give every player the opportunity to play soccer that desires to. Once a player is in the program we assess them and see what would be best in their development. Some players will be asked to participate 2 days a week dependent on their training attitude and ability to follow instruction with limited behavioral issues. We are currently involved with 3 schools (NTCA, TBCA, and Mort Elementary). We will take the players that practice twice a week and have them play each other. The best players from each school will then be asked to participate in soccer tournaments throughout the year. Below shows a chart of our expectations of a player's development and the reality of what it looks like. There are times players lose focus and lose interest. Our goal is for players to play the sport of soccer and enjoy it and for those that take the game more serious provide the opportunity for them to play further. We will continue to provide a structure of development so every player will improve.
