Bronco Youth Football has been supporting youth football players for over 20 years. We primarily offer programs to players in Hampden, Frankfort, Newburgh and Winterport but also offer players outside of RSU 22 opportunities. We are a non-profit 100% volunteer based program. We practice at Lafayette Field behind the Skehan Rec Center and all home games are on the Hampden Academy Turf. Football Season Description: This 2024 Bronco Youth Football Full Contact Football Season will begin with equipment pick up the day after August camp ends. We provide a helmet, shoulder pads, football pants and a practice jersey for the season. We also provide the following that the player can keep during and after the season: mouth guard, game jersey with their name (home and away) and socks. Players will need to provide their own athletic cup, cleats and LABELED water bottle. Practices start mid-August, the first three practices will be fully equipped but will not include tackling. We do not start tackling until the 4th practice to give all players a chance to acclimate to their gear. Safety first, always. We will have a total of 8 season games. Most games will  be on Sundays, but it is possible we will have 1-2 Saturday games.

Last year Flag Football and Cheerleading programs were excellent additions to our Bronco Youth Football family! Let's watch those programs get bigger and better this year.
