Ohio Falls To Illinois
Ohio is West Side Little League. Illinois is Clarendon Hills Little League.

Ohio fell to Illinois 9-4 on Wednesday at the Little League Central Region Headquarters Complex.
West Side Little Leabue finishes the 2025 tournament season 9-1. Clarendon Little League will advance to the Little League World Series in Williamsport, PA as the Great Lakes Region Champion.

Illinois opened the scoring in the first after Christian Gernot doubled, scoring two runs.

Cash Jones started the game for Ohio. The hurler allowed three hits and three runs over three innings, striking out none and walking two. Luke Schaller stepped on the bump first for Illinois. The starter gave up one hit and zero runs over two innings, striking out none and walking two.

Anthony Saurber led Ohio with three runs batted in. The catcher went 2-for-3 on the day.

Sean Bolger led Illinois with three runs batted in. The right fielder went 1-for-2 on the day. Matthew Kalish went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead Illinois in hits. Hudson Lauerman led Illinois with two walks. Overall, the team had a strong eye at the plate, accumulating six walks for the game. Illinois turned one double play in the game. Illinois didn't commit a single error in the field. Jack Kaczmarski had the most chances in the field with eight.
