WINTER PROGRAMS

Winter brings the "beautiful game" inside. UDFC offers an Intramural Futsal League and Academy Training for those players who don't want the soccer to end.

FUTSAL LEAGUE (Play) - Futsal is 5v5 indoor soccer for all players 1st thru 6th grade. The game is played on gym flooring with side and end lines, so it is quick-paced and high scoring. Futsal requires players to use their technical foot-work and passing skills to execute in tight spaces and on quick-counter attacks.

ACADEMY (Learn) - Training for players in 1st thru 4th Grade who have already been playing soccer. Keep your ball-skills sharp by getting regular touches through the winter. Workout with our professional soccer trainers at a local indoor field. The small group training focuses on individual technical ball skills development. This is NOT an "Intro to Soccer" program.

ADULT OPENPLAY (Play) - Adult OpenPlay offers pick-up soccer games for adult (20yrs+) family, friends, and past youth players of Upper Darby FC. A weekly game is available year-round (most weeks) and players can sign up at any time. Registration is free and gets you updates on when and where games are being played.
