Our Festival League will start for Fall of 2021- Spring 2022 Season!
Registration for 5u-8u Boys and Girls Spring 2022 season will open on January 15th 2022!Season will start in March- Memorial Day Weekend!
Registration is a two step process:
1) Register with our partner CWVSA to cover WV state registration and Insurance
Festival Insurance and state Registration
2) Register with FC Excel Festival club dues and season fees below

FC Excel Recreational League offers divisions starting at 4 years old to 8 years old. For questions about your child's age division, please see age matrix at the bottom of the page.

VOLUNTEER TO COACH
Each Team will have a Volunteer Head Coach
Coaches will be provided a handbook and Coaching Support and direction by the Club Director of Coaching
To volunteer please log into your affinity account and register as a Volunteer Coach!
We cannot stress how important Volunteer coaches are to the program!
REGISTRATION INCLUDES
- 10-12 practices with your Volunteer Coach Tuesdays
- 8 Season games Saturdays
- 8 Developmental professional clinics before games from an FC Excel staff member on Saturdays
- End of Season evaluation for each player
- End of year Participation award for ALL Players
- Annual end-of-the-year FUN tournament is for U5-U8 age divisions in June!
UNIFORM Purchase and Process
Each family will order your own uniform off of Soccer.com this Uniform is a TWO year Cycle which means that you may wear for two years or more!
Once you register you will receive an invitation email directly from Soccer.com(uniform partner) to order your uniform 7-14 days after registration please keep a look out for that email. Jersey numbers will be assigned to each player through the system and in your invitation.
You will purchase a Uniform that includes 4 items. Two Jerseys Home and Away, One Short and one Sock.
Uniform cost is approximately $62 dollars and can be used season after season.
You will also have the opportunity to purchase Warm-up Jacket and pants as well as a backpack!
BEFORE YOU REGISTER, READ THE BELOW IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT OUR LEAGUE
Being a Recreational League, participation is key. For all players to learn and enjoy the game, each player must play at least 50 % of the game. Teams are rearranged every year in order to ensure that every team has a mix of new players and more experienced players. This ensures that as many games as possible are competitive and no "all-star" teams will dominate an age group. There is NO tryout, and everyone who registers will be placed on a team.

PRACTICES-- Will start in August for Fall Seasons and March for Spring Seasons.
All teams will receive a professional clinic and game management for each game of the season on Saturdays. All teams are coached by volunteer parents and their practices will be on Tuesdays. Our Volunteer coaches will be guided by a Handbook and FC EXCEL Curriculum along with texting support from our experienced Coaching Director and staff members. Each team will have a scheduled practice time and location for a club practice once a week on Tuesdays. Our Base field location for our club will be the South Fairmont, Pleasant Valley and Kingmont areas.
GAME INFORMATION-- Games will start Saturday September 11th- October 30th
Number of Games
The number of matches played varies for each age group. Please see below for details of your child's age group:
- Under 5 and Under 6: Fall Season is 8 matches, Spring Season is 8 matches and ONE tournament* Tournament is separate cost*
- Under 7 and under 8: Fall Season is 8 matches, Spring Season is 8 matches and ONE tournament*Tournament is a separate cost*
- *Each team will be playing 1-2 games at our Partners field location in Harrison County per season.
- This means you will have 6-7 HOME games in Fairmont and 1-2 AWAY games!
CLUB Affiliation and Partnership
We are proud to announce that we will have a partnership with CWVSA based out of Harrison County. We will play the bulk of our games in the South Fairmont Location alongside 2-3 possible games at our Partners Field location in Harrison County when applicable.
