Our Girls Basketball Club was formed in 1984 and is a member of the Middle Atlantic Association of the Amateur Athletic Union of the United States. For over 36 years, the Lower Delco Wildcats has provided a program devoted to helping build confident, character driven athletes.  We are passionate about playing a team-oriented game and helping our players achieve their maximum potential by focusing on skills sets and player development.  Though our players will have the opportunity to showcase their talents at various tournaments, we believe that development happens at practice.

The Wildcats is a family oriented and run club managed out of Delaware County, PA that offers players an opportunity to take their passion for the game and their personal development to the next level. The primary focus of our club is to provide each player with the opportunity to grow both as an athlete and individual, while fostering a love of the game.  We look to provide a safe, fun, and positive environment with an emphasis on skill development, game intelligence, good sportsmanship and teamwork. Wildcat players will be given the opportunity to compete in top travel tournaments in the spring and summer, attend out of season skills and training clinics, participate in team building activities, and offered support through the college recruiting process. Experienced and knowledgeable coaches who have played and/or coached basketball at the high school or collegiate level and who are active in their communities, lead our teams. Our coaches and staff are dedicated to helping our players achieve their goals. 

Our philosophy is a simple one, “Wildcat Pride”!  Our organization, team and player pride come from the belief that unity, hard work, and passion, drive success.  “Wildcat Pride” represents commitment not only to yourself, but also to your coach and teammates. 

Lastly, our mission is to ensure that our players have a positive, rewarding experience that not only helps them achieve their goals but also helps prepare them to have successful and rewarding lives on and off the court.  We will not measure our success with wins and losses.  Our success will be based on the long-term progression of our players and on the number memories and friendships they create along the way.  Simply stated, our mission can be summed up as “Once A Wildcat, Always A Wildcat”
