Important Information from the HBSA Board - Dates!

4/9 - Team Counts and Checks turned in to SWI
4/10 - Mandatory managers meeting 10am & field day 9:30am
4/17 - Scheduling meeting @ Allegiance Brewing 10am-4pm - Chicago Ridge
5/2 - Hills baseball day at Thunderbolts. Players get in free. Every family will get 4 tickets for this
game (with 4 additional for the fundraiser game). Need to schedule umpires for Pinto-Pony
games. These games are exhibition games only and do not count toward standings.
- Shetland 9am
- Shetland 10:30am
- Pinto 12pm
- Mustang 2pm
- Bronco vs Oak Forest 4pm
- Pony vs Oak Forest 6pm
5/3 - SWI Season Begins
5/8- Opening Day - parade still up in the air. If need an alternative plan, we will check with using
Palos route. If parade is a go, will need floats & judges for the floats. George will have info this
week yet.
5/22 - Picture Day 8am-11:30/12. George has the link for the PMI website to place orders ahead
of time. Don’t schedule any games until after 12pm.

- Pony @ 11am & 11:30am
14u/Pony - if there are teams without high school players, can start playing earlier. Will still have
playoffs first week of August.
6/26 - Thunderbolts fundraiser game. Could be some playoff games that day also. Game starts
at 6pm with tailgating starting around 12pm.
