West MIfflin Soccer Club - Call to Action

Hello Soccer Families –

As the West Mifflin Soccer Club (WMSC) continues to grow and evolve, we require additional help and fresh ideas to keep the club moving in the right direction.

Organizational volunteers, especially those that have been at the forefront of running the WMSC over the last several years, do so as part of their own child’s involvement. As kids grow older, our roles and abilities as volunteers change. It is with this in mind that we are soliciting assistance in staffing the next wave of WMSC Board Members to make decisions that are in the best interest of the club. We are looking for volunteers that understand they are signing up to be a part of something bigger than themselves and are willing to put in some additional time to make a large impact on the youth of the community.

We have several existing board members that have children that are aging out of the heart of WMSC participation and because of the next step in their own child(ren’s) development, must reprioritize their focus and attention. We ask that each club member consider an elevated level of involvement. Board positions are designed with a balance of responsibilities. If each person does a little bit, we can get a lot done together.

If you have ever said, ‘I wish they would do this’ or ‘Why don’t they do that?’ we are asking you to reach out to[email protected] or connect with an existing board member and inquire about potential opportunities! We are currently in need of volunteers due to vacancies following the fall season so there is urgency behind this call to action. We look forward to hearing from you!
