OPENING CEREMONIES 3/23

Dear Cactus Little League families:

Our Opening Ceremonies are right around the corner – this Saturday, March 23!

The event is scheduled for 10 a.m. at Freedom Park, Field 2. We would like participating players to arrive by 9:30 so we can get started promptly at 10.

Players are to wear their full uniforms and hats. Cleats are not necessary. Coaches and volunteers will help place teams in the field.

We will begin announcements and introductions at 10. Every player on every team will be announced in the "parade of players." This is a GREAT picture-taking opportunity.

Additional highlights:

* Raffles: We will be raffling off gift baskets, and we will conduct a 50/50 raffle as well.

* Refreshments: The snack bar will be open, and the El Dominicano food truck will be parked next to the field.

* Merch: Cactus Little League merchandise will be available for purchase. These items were very popular last year. Don't miss out!

* Scrimmage: Our Majors teams will scrimmage at 11:30 after the ceremony. Stick around and see some high-level baseball!
