ANNUAL MEETING TO ELECT BOARD MEMBERS

Greetings Cactus Little League Families.

A very important event is fast approaching: The annual meeting to elect members of the Board of Directors.

The meeting is set for Monday, Sept. 12, at 6 p.m. at the District 12 office (5399 E. 29th St.). Any and all are welcome.

Our league is growing – our registration numbers were up in both spring and fall this year – and we need as much help from families as we can get!

Joining the Board is your opportunity to influence how we run the league and the decisions that we make.

Multiple positions will be available. Everything Little League does, from the top down, is voluntary. It is a wonderful opportunity to impact not only your children’s lives but the community as a whole. There are many ways to help – field preparation and management, event planning and fundraising, player registration and coordination, etc.

We’d love to see you at the meeting on Sept. 12. Even if you don’t join the board, we are always looking for volunteers.
