Dear returning and prospective Cactus Little League Families:

We wanted to pass along some key dates as we ramp up the registration process heading into the 2022 spring season.

We are trying to do everything earlier this time to get teams – and, more important, coaches – in place without the usual last-minute scramble.

All dates, times and locations are subject to change.

KEY DATES FOR 2022 CACTUS LITTLE LEAGUE SPRING SEASON

-Dec. 31: Last date for early-bird registration ($25 discount per player)

-Jan. 8: In-person registration at Palo Verde Park, 10 a.m.-noon

-Jan. 15: In-person registration at Palo Verde Park, 10 a.m.-noon

-Jan. 22: In-person registration at Palo Verde Park, 10 a.m.-noon

-Jan. 29: In-person registration at Palo Verde Park, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

-Jan. 29: Minors/majors player evaluations at Palo Verde Park 12-4 p.m. (ages 7-9, 12-2 p.m.; ages 9-12, 2-4 p.m.)

-Feb. 5: Minors/majors player evaluations at Palo Verde Park, 12-4 p.m. (ages 7-9, 12-2 p.m.; ages 9-12, 2-4 p.m.)

-Feb. 13: Last date for online registration

-March 1: Start of practice

-March 26: Opening ceremony, Palo Verde Park

-March 28: Start of season

-June 3: Closing ceremony, Palo Verde Park
