Progressive Catching Lessons with
Coach Sara Scobee
About the FREE Lessons: This 3-part progressive catching program is intended for each of the sessions to build on the previous one, therefore we request the players to commit to attending all three sessions. Coach Sara will review elements of the catchers gear, positioning behind the plate, safety, getting the ball back to the pitcher, throwing to 2nd & 3rd, and more. Space is limited to a maximum of 6 players in each of the groupings, Beginner (ages 6-8) and Experienced (ages 9-12).
Coach Sara comes to us with an accomplished playing career. She played on the USA Elite Softball Team and Represented the USA in the first World series Championship. After graduating High School as a 4-year Varsity Letter, Sara earned SEC Freshman of the Year honors at Auburn University. Throughout college, Sara was named SEC Player of the Week multiple times, and once again graduated as a 4-year Varsity Letter. In 2004, Sara was named to the First Team All-Region and Third Team All-American.
Location: Cooks, Field 1
