14U ANGELS TAKE UBA 8-6 IN HIGH-SCORING GAME

EASLEY, SC - UBA QUICK LEAD WAS NOT ENOUGH AS FBH BATTLED BACK

FBH Angels 14U take down Hudgins 14U, UBA team in a high-scoring affair, 8-6.

UBA got things moving in the first inning, when Carson W singled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run.

FBH Angels pulled away for good with six runs in the third inning. In the third Kelbyn Mathis singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run, James Osborne singled on a 1-1 count, scoring one run, Gabe S induced Dominick Gutierrez to hit into a fielder's choice, but one run scored, Ian Reichert singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run, and Cooper Enscoe doubled on a 0-1 count, scoring two runs.

UBA scored three runs in the second inning. Braden S, Jarod J, and S each drove in runs during the inning.

Maddox Lusk led things off on the pitcher's mound for FBH SC Angels 14U. The hurler allowed two hits and four runs over one inning.

S was on the hill for UBA. The pitcher went four innings, allowing eight runs on ten hits and striking out three.

FBH Angels collected ten hits. Matthew Lyle, Mathis, and Enscoe all had multiple hits for FBH SC Angels 14U. Lyle went 3-for-3 at the plate to lead FBH SC Angels 14U in hits.
