HANBRIDGE AND ANGELS WIN SEASON OPENER 9-8

EASLEY, SC - Andrew Hanbridge started for the Angels and secured a season opening win. The Angels started off strong securing nine runs in the first two innings of the game. Mathis lead the charge and the team with 3 RBIs. Ian Reichert and Matty Lyle lead the team with runs at two a piece. The offense did not stop there as Roach, Henry, Higginbottom and Bogan all scored a run. Karson Roach lead the day with three stolen bases. Sepko and Champion performed well behind the plate, calling a good game. The Angels gave up five runs in the third inning before Mathis closed out the game on the mound against the Outlaws.
