Refund policy for 2020 - PLEASE READ

The WYFL is a not for profit league. Our goal each year is to break even. We are priced as such. Our expenses each year consist of uniform costs, insurance, trophies, referees, and other minor costs. All time is volunteered. Based on that, our refund policy will be as followed:

If the season is canceled before we draft teams and order uniforms, a FULL REFUND will be offered. Once teams are drafted and uniforms are purchased, we will offer a 25% refund, if canceled before half the season is played. This will be $12.50 in flag leagues and $17.50 in tackle leagues. If canceled after half the season is played, we will not offer a refund. Our hope is that we play a safe, full season. We will be taking steps all year, in line with what is going on at the school, in order to create a safe environment for spectators, players, and volunteers. Thank you for your cooperation.
