National Flag Football Financial Aid Application
To apply for Financial Aid please complete all questions.
Financial Aid Instructions
Financial Aid will only be provided to those applicants who fall into the guidelines listed below and provide their most recent tax return as proof. All applicants that qualify for Financial Aid will receive $40 off their child's registration.
The following figures are the 2019 HHS poverty guidelines which are published in the Federal Register on February 1, 2019.

How to apply
1. Go to www.nationalflagfootball.com and click Register Now to create an account
2. Complete the entire registration process up until the point where it asks for payment - DO NOT MAKE THE PAYMENT IF YOU ARE APPLYING FOR FINANCIAL AID.
3. Fill out this Financial Aid Application completely, upload your most recent tax return and click submit.
4. Applicants who qualify will be contacted within 3-5 business days.
5. Once you have been approved for the financial aid - your payment will need to be made by the deadline date for the community in which you are registering. (Payment Plans are available - your 1st payment must be paid by the deadline)
