COVID-19 has presented many financial challenges for youth sports programs. There is much planning and upfront cost involved in preparation for each season. We understand a family’s hesitation to financially commit to a season with the uncertainty of it happening, and yet, we need to have commitments and an idea of team/player numbers in order to prepare. We want to ensure you that should the season be cancelled you will not take a financial loss (again).
For these reasons we are breaking registration for Flag Football into two payments.
- Payment #1 is a $10 non-refundable payment at time of registration. This payment will help give us an idea of team/player commitment to the season.
- Payment #2 will be the remaining $260 fee. This payment is set to be taken automatically on October 1, 2020. If the season is cancelled by the county government, no withdraw will be made. The October 1, 2020 payment will be cancelled.
