MUTS Juggling Leaders

How is juggling related to the game? Great question, ball juggling when taught and learned properly translates to many skills that are essential for success on the field.  The way we teach juggling is by locking the ankle, toe pointed forward and no spin on the ball.  This way you are learning how to lock the ankle, same as when striking the ball when passing, receiving or shooting.  No spin on the ball means you are contacting the center of the bottom of the ball which is the same then you are making a straight pass or striking the ball on goal with the laces.  The more consistent you can be in your ball juggling, the more concentration and focus is required, and if you can consistently juggle the ball without dropping it, the more consistent you will be when striking the ball with accuracy and proper weight.  Is that all there is to juggling and how it relates to the game? No, there is a lot more to it, which will be revealed at a later date, for now, get the ball in the air, my your mistakes, don't get down on yourself, and try again.
How many times should I be able to juggle the ball at different ages in order to master the ball?

What if im not at this number by the time I reach a certain age?
