SHAWNEE SOCCER REFEREE ACADEMY

The SSRA in partnership with the West Virginia Soccer Association has selected the first group of new referees to join our referee training and mentoring program. These seven individuals will complete the US Soccer Grassroots Referee online program and attend an in-person instructional class. They will have the opportunity to work official matches with a number of mentors that will provide them feedback through direct observation and video assisted instruction. This year's mentor cadre for the in-person session includes:

State Youth Referee Director Sonya Hedrick
Grassroots Referee Mentor Lloyd McIntyre
