Hello 4SA Families, 

4Seams Academy has been meeting every couple days in order to keep up to date with the new Covid-19 changes. Our first priority is to keep all the players and families safe during this unprecedented time. 

There are several factors that go into the season:

-Direction of local health officials

-Summer sports activities 

-Player and family safety

-Outdoor space

-Impact of financial obligations: Almost all organizations have spent the majority of league fees/ players fees on uniforms (player packs), indoor space , training, equipment, baseballs/ softballs, outdoor facilities, tournaments & much more. 

-Games and practices could be extended through August, 2020. 

All organizations are under the same guidelines and following the same procedures in hopes of getting back on the ballfields this summer. Most organizations have suspended play through May 31st.  We are following and using the guidelines of Local health officials & government officials.. As of now we predict that all events can start back up on June 1st, 2020.  We will continue to give updates as we can. At this point we are NOT considering cancelling our season but, more importantly extending our season. USSSA just sent an email out to all organizations/ parents/ teams tonight expecting our season to go past August. 

Our number one goal is to get back on the field this year and hopefully we can extend the season through August. We will continue to follow the local health offices very closely. We appreciate everyone's understanding during this unprecedented time.
