The purpose of the RPSC shall be to develop, administer, and promote an organized soccer program for the children of the River Park, Sacramento area.  

The Club is and has been organized to foster amateur sports competition and education for the children of the River Park area of Sacramento within the meaning of Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) or corresponding sections of any future tax code.

“Children Playing Soccer” is the most important goal of the RPSC. Fulfillment of these goals is to be brought about by setting an atmosphere of friendly competition in which sportsmanship, learning, and playing soccer are held foremost. Anything that detracts from this atmosphere will be strongly discouraged.
