Evan Dabby joined NJ Youth Soccer as the Executive Director in April 2014. Prior to that, he worked for MLS in the League Office for 16 seasons overseeing Stadium Operations, Game Operations, Medical, Venue Design, Team Travel and Supporter Relations. Evan grew up in Bergen County playing soccer through his college years at Tufts University. He currently resides in Freehold with his wife and son and daughter, both of whom are currently playing soccer.

Rick Meana joined NJ Youth Soccer as the Director of Coaching in July 1998. Prior to that, he worked as the Training and Staff Development Manager for Chimes Inc. while also working as the Director of Coaching for the Olympic Development Program for the Delaware Youth Soccer Association and the Head Coach of Men's Soccer at Delaware Technical Community College Stanton Campus. Rick grew up in Baltimore playing youth soccer through his college years at Wheeling College then semi-professional for the Pompei SC of the Maryland Major Soccer League. He currently resides in Barnegat with wife Chris and daughters Olivia and Amanda, both are graduates of Barnegat High School and played in the town soccer league as youngsters.

Samantha LaManna joined NJ Youth Soccer in May of 2011 and is currently the Manager of Finance and Administration. Previously Sam worked as an Office Manager for an indoor sports facility before joining the team at NJYS. She resides in Allentown with her husband Charlie and 4 children, Hudson, Savannah, MaKayla and Charlee. Savannah has found quite the passion for the game while playing with her travel team, while all four have enjoyed the game through their in town soccer club.

Erika Salter joined NJ Youth Soccer in March of 2015 and is currently the ODP Coordinator. Previously, Erika was a Kindergarten teacher and Assistant Director at a learning center. She volunteered on the Board of NJ Youth Soccer for several years as the Central Jersey Recreation Commissioner before being employed onto the NJYS staff. Erika grew up playing for East Windsor PAL and for the Monroe Township Soccer Club. She continued playing soccer through college for Georgian Court University. She has three children, Kaylie, Jonathan and Henry.

Lorie Hynes joined NJ Youth Soccer in 2006 as a data entry clerk, and worked her way up to Member Services and State Cups Coordinator. Prior to joining the NJ Youth Soccer team, Lorie worked with many youth sports organizations and even ran a Youth football league. Lorie is passionate about helping the NJ Youth Soccer membership to succeed, and is honored to be a part of the soccer community. Lorie currently lives in Freehold with her husband Vinny and 2 grown children Vinny and Joey.

James Galanis has been involved in soccer on many different levels for over 20 years. James is considered one of the top youth development coaches in the world and has successfully served as a Technical Director at the club level and as director of US Soccer training centers. In 2000 James founded Universal Soccer Academy which has been instrumental in providing top quality training for some of the best players in the world including two-time World Player of the Year Carli Lloyd. James is in his third year as Technical Director for NJODP and has brought with him a vision that has seen NJODP continue to provide an exceptional experience for NJODP state representatives and members of Young Olympians Program.
ODP Youth Coaching Director - Lou Mignone

Lou Mignone holds a U.S Soccer A-License, National Youth License, and a United Soccer Coaches Diploma. He serves as the Director of Coaching at West Orange United FC and has been coaching for the past 30 years. Lou is a Coaching School instructor,TOPSoccer Area Coordinator for New Jersey Youth Soccer, and a Grassroot Instructor for U.S Soccer. He has earned undergraduate, graduate degree, and played at Rutgers Newark. Lou is a retired police detective and current Adjunct of Criminal Justice.

Ryan Foley began with NJ Youth Soccer in 2018, as an intern before taking on an initial role assisting membership utilize the Stack Sports software. In September of 2020, he then moved into the Manager, Communications and Strategy role and, more recently, Manager, Operations. Ryan played competitive and recreation soccer for 14 years with Howell Soccer Club and Brick Township SA, while also having referee experience at events such as the US Youth Soccer National Championships and the US Youth Soccer National Presidents Cup. Ryan is currently the Secretary of MOSA and the President of Howell Soccer Club.

Nicole Petras joined NJ Youth Soccer in February 2021 as the Events Coordinator. She is currently the Recreational Coordinator for Rancocas Valley Soccer Club and has coached and trained teams over the last 15 years. Nicole grew up playing soccer through her college years at Bloomsburg University then for Danubia a team out of the United Soccer League of Pennsylvania. She currently lives in Lumberton with her husband, Damon and their three kids, Cameron, Damon and Gavin.

Will Scherer joined NJ Youth Soccer as an intern during the summer of 2021 before transitioning into the Operations Assistant role. Will grew up in Freehold participating for various soccer clubs in Monmouth County under NJYS and academy clubs, where he also was a referee for three years at Pinelanders Youth Soccer Club and Battle of Monmouth Soccer Club. He continued playing soccer at the collegiate level at Erskine College for a year before transferring and completing his Sports & Management Bachelor's Degree at Coastal Carolina University. In his free time, Will enjoys mountaineering, rock climbing and back-country skiing.

Breeana Cassidy joined NJ Youth Soccer as a Program Manager in May 2023. Breeana also works for Ocean County College as the women's soccer head coach, a position she has held since 2021. She also coaches a Wall 2013 Girls Elite Team. Breeana grew up in Monmouth County where she played for various soccer clubs and academies in both Monmouth and Ocean County. She continued playing soccer at the collegiate level at both Bloomfield and Brookdale College before transferring to Monmouth University, where she completed her Bachelor's Degree in Communications while also obtaining her Master's Degree in Strategic Public Relations. Breeana currently resides in Freehold, where she enjoys playing and watching ice hockey in her free time.

John Archibald joined NJ Youth Soccer in February 2017 and is the founder and CEO of Resolution Promotions, a digital marketing agency based at the Jersey Shore. He previously served as the Director of Communications for the New Jersey Ironmen of the Major Indoor Soccer League and Philadelphia KiXX of the National Indoor Soccer League, also spending time in the USL W-League with the Pali Blues Soccer Club and New Jersey Wildcats. Additionally, he worked as the Vice President of Communications for Sky Blue FC of the National Women's Soccer League from 2014-18 after being the club's Director of Communications from 2009-2012. John and his wife, Jackie, have two sons and currently reside in Brick Township.

Vinny Farina joined NJ Youth Soccer as a Project Manager in December 2017. Vinny also works in the healthcare financial field overseeing recovery projects, consulting process to redesign workflow engagements and data analytics reviews. Vinny grew up in Essex County playing and coaching soccer through his college years at Rutgers-Newark University where he also obtained a MBA. He currently holds a National C-License through US Soccer and is involved in the grassroot level programs in his town of Millstone Twp. Vinny is married and has son and daughter, both of whom are currently playing soccer.
