Winter Technical Training




Lawrence Hamnett will be hosting a Winter Technical Training Program run by the NY Red Bulls on January 7, 2024, and runs to March 3, 2024, and is played inside the basketball gym at Mercer County Community College. The program will focus on the technical skill development of our recreational and travel players. Our specialized training will focus on skill development from dribbling, turning, passing, and shooting. The goal of these sessions is not to play games but to focus on skill development. 

The program is for Boys and Girls with Birth Years Between 2019 and 2009
Times:
Session 1: 8:15 am to 9:15 am for Coed birth years 2019 to 2016
Session 2: 9:15 am to 10:15 am for Coed birth years 2015 to 2014
Session 3: 10:15 am to 11:15 am for Coed birth years 2013 to 2012
Session 4: 11:15 am to 12:15 pm for Coed birth years 2011 to 2009

Players will need:
-  Sneakers or indoor shoes with rubber soles are only permitted in the gym.  Soccer cleats are not permitted.
-  Shin guards
-  Soccer ball
-  Water/something to drink
