There are no retroactive refunds for Express registration fees.
Express clients may terminate (or pause) registration fees at any time. A written request for termination (or pause for a period of at least one month) of registration fees must be received at [email protected] and the termination (or pause) date will be designated as the last day of the current monthly billing cycle (e.g. for a billing cycle beginning on the first of the month, if termination email is received anytime in June, 6/30 is designated as termination date and termination/pause will be effective as of 7/1).
Refunds for prepaid Express registration fees will only be issued from the termination date forward. A written request for refund of registration fees must be received at [email protected] and the termination date will be designated as the last day of the current monthly billing cycle; refunds will be given for registration fees paid beginning the next billing cycle (e.g. for a billing cycle beginning on the first of the month, if termination email is received anytime in June, 6/30 is designated as termination date and refunds will be given for post 7/1 registration payments).
Refunds for sessions canceled by Express will be made solely at the discretion of Express.
