Steps to Becoming a Granite Falls Little League Coach:

Adults are NOT allowed on the field or in dugouts without a completed background check on file with Granite Falls Little League. If you are not interested in becoming a Manager, Coach or Team Parent and would just like to help out on the field or in the dugout, you must follow the steps found in our Volunteer's Corner: Steps to becoming a Volunteer

1. Register Online Here: REGISTRATION Please note: We have switched over to a new software and as a result, everyone will need to create a new account - even returning families. 

2. Complete your two Safety Training Courses (Concussion, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, and Abuse Awareness for Adults Training) online (no charge). Print your completion certificate and carry it with you to all practices/games/team functions. Links to all courses are listed below:

3. Review the GFLL Rules of Participation and Play: RULES

4. You will receive an email from a company called JDPThis is the Background Screening Company that Little League International utilizes to screen all volunteers. Please follow the instruction in that email to complete your Background Check. You will not be assigned to a team, or allowed to participate in any coaching activities until you have completed this step. 

5. Attend and complete ALL mandatory Coach's Training. Please refer to the  EVENTS on the Home Page for important dates.
