Greetings Ojai Valley Little League Families,

Due to the unprecedented circumstances presented by the coronavirus pandemic, Little League has authorized local leagues to hold their annual election remotely. For the expressed purposes of electing a Board of Directors for the upcoming season, we will hold nominations and submit ballots electronically in the following time frame. Ojai Valley Little League will be utilizing Survey Planet to collection nominations and election results.

At this time, we would also like to open up regular membership for Ojai Valley Little League. Any person sincerely interested in active participation to further objective of this Local League may apply to become a member. Once reviewed you will be contacted regarding your membership and the vote for the 20/21 annual election.

Nomination Deadline: 10/30/2020 12:00 PM                     Nominations to the Board of Directors is closed and a list of nominees will be sent via email to all members.

Election Ballot: 10/31/2020                                                          Email is sent to members with a link for an electronic ballot

Election Results: 11/10/2020 12:00 PM                                 Ballot is closed. Results are shared with membership.

Board Votes on Position: 11/10/2020 6:00 PM                   Via Zoom Board to vote on position and share with membership.
