Please note that Lee Summit has changed their registration systems to PlayMetrics and you will be prompted to create a new profile/account and upload new birth certificates for your youth players. 

Also, please write in the Comment section – “Grain Valley Team” this way; it will be easier to keep Grain Valley sign-ups separate from Lee Summit.
