Lady Elks High School Coaching Staff

Kayla DeSanctis, Head Coach

Coach DeSanctis is in her second season as the head coach of the Lady Elks. Before taking over the program, Coach DeSanctis served as an assistant coach for three years, including two as the JV Head Coach. A chemistry teacher at Centerville High School, Coach DeSanctis lettered in basketball and golf in high school. During Coach DeSanctis’ time at the helm, community service hours have significantly increased and there is an added emphasis on community. Before teaching at Centerville, she taught in Tipp City, OH, and Roanoke, VA.

Meredyth Moore, Assistant Coach

Coach Moore played club women’s lacrosse at Bowling Green State University. She has taught for fifteen years and serves currently as a physical education teacher at the CinDay Academy. She brings a wealth of coaching, teaching, and playing experience to the program. She is married and has two children, a son and a daughter.

Nick DeSanctis, Assistant Coach

Coach DeSanctis has been around lacrosse his entire life, playing in high school and college, coaching a variety of different levels, and currently is a boys’ lacrosse official. After working for nearly a decade in college athletics, he is now as a teacher at Little Miami High School, and his second year with the Lady Elks.

Joe Miller, Assistant Coach

With a passion for helping, and a father of three, Coach Miller returns for his second season. An Air Force Veteran and US Lacrosse certified coach, Coach Miller has previously served as a parent manager for our indoor teams.
