During the indoor season all team managers work with High Velocity and Total Sports. High Velocity deals with players administration and registration. Total Sports deals with the game schedules and standings.
High Velocity:
Saline FC will register and pay all teams through High Velocity. The roster, waivers and membership payments need to be handled through the HV system only and not Total Sports.
Please make an account for yourself by going to the High Velocity website and use member login (left top of your screen). You can add your player to your account. If you and your player are already registered you do not need to make a new account. Please check if your email address is connected to your team. If not, let the Saline FC Administrator know as soon as possible.
As soon as your email address is connected to your team, you will see the option to "invite" the players to your team. You have to manually enter all email addresses, separated by comma. One parent logging in is sufficient, since this is only for payment and the waiver. Add the text “Please make sure you pay the annual fee and sign the waiver (new players) when you log in. You can renew your HVS Membership now already and it will renew from the moment your current one expires”. Your roster will be build by parents accepting your invitation to the team.
Check regularly if everyone accepted your invitation and paid the membership fees. Every player needs to pay the $20 membership per year through HV, this is not part of their travel fees. Please disregard any email from Total Soccer regarding payment or memberships that might be due or requests for rosters.
Total Sports:
The game schedule will be only be generated through the Total Sports system. Please make an account for yourself by going to the Total Sports website and use member login (right top of your screen). There is no need to add your player to your account. If you and your player are already registered you do not need to make a new account. Please check if your email address is connected to your team. If not, let the Saline FC Administrator know as soon as possible.
Only the Team Managers, Leigh Rumbold and Saline FC Administrator should be on the roster through Total Sports in order to access the game schedule once it is complete. No players/parents should be on the roster at Total Sports. The Team Managers are responsible for communicating the games and standings to their teams through TeamSnap.
Games will be scheduled from November through April. Total Sports tends to do this in two “sessions”. First they book the Nov-Jan games and then in January we will find out our Feb-April games. Once it is ready, check your schedule regularly because they sometimes reschedule some games without notification to the teams.
Team Managers, you do NOT need games cards, pass cards or referee money for the indoor games, so sit back and relax! Please do have you folder with medical release forms etc. with you or in your car, just in case something happens.
