August 1 – August 17 Formal registration. No Child maybe turned away during this period.
August 24 Neighborhoods may begin drafting teams for approved players. Practice may begin.
September 08 Fees and Rosters are due.
September 26/27 In-House Jamborees
October 03 Season Begins, Games will be scheduled

November 21/22 Turkey Bowl
(7/8 yearold division not allowed
to compete in Turkey Bowl)
Doubleheaders may be played on most days depending on number of teams and fields. Participant’s age is determined by their age as of August 31, 2020. Ages offered are 7 to 16.

ASEP Clinics: Tuesday, August 25 at the Robicheaux Center, Wednesday, August 26th at the Dupuis Center, Tuesday, September 1st at the Comeaux Center and Wednesday, September 2nd at the Girard Park Center..
All classes start at 7pm and last approximately 2 hours.
