2020 VOLLEYBALL CALENDAR 7-21-2020
August 1 – August 17 Formal registration. No Child may
be turned away during this period.
August 24 Neighborhoods may begin drafting
teams for approved players. Practice may begin, no more than three times per week.
September 08 Fees and rosters are due.
September 25 Wednesday Coaches Meeting @ 7:00pm
@ Girard Park Recreation Center
September 26/27 Jamboree
October 3 Season begins, Games will be played. (Max. of twice per week practices)
October 10 Games
October 17 Games
October 24 Games
October 31 Games
November 7 Games
November 14-15 Championship Tournaments
Doubleheaders will be played on most Saturdays depending on number of teams and gyms.
Participants age is determined by their age as of August, 31, 2020. Ages offered are 7 to 17.

ASEP Clinics: Tuesday, August 25 at the Robicheaux Center, Wednesday, August 26th at the Dupuis Center, Tuesday, September 1st at the Comeaux Center and Wednesday, September 2nd at the Girard Park Center..
All classes start at 7pm and last approximately 2 hours.
