Spring Registration

This is the final in person registration. If you need help inthe process we will be at the Quirk Cultural Center on Wednesday March 4, 2020 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. 

New players must bring a copy of their birth certificate. 

Other information you will need at the time of registration:
  • Child's doctors name and phone number
  • Emergency contact information
  • Uniform size
  • Vacation availability (if known)
