New Fields

With the help of countless volunteers, the MSA board of directors revamped three out of the four fields at the Bennett Rd location.

MSA was fortunate to have higher fences donated from the water treatment facility on Cashen Rd.  This allowed the board to increase the height of the back stops from eight feet to sixteen feet.  The fences on the base lines were increased in height as well.  This was done to protect the players while on the bench.  

New bases were purchased giving runners a base that is solid.  The bases slide into a pipe that is buried in place.  

The fields were tilled and filled allowing for water to drain properly resulting in fewer weather related cancellations.  This also made it easier to prep the fields between games.
