Prior to All-Star selection / participation, each player needs the required documents on file to be considered eligible for consideration during the roster assembly process.

-Copy of a birth certificate
-Completed School enrollment form (For those who are home schooled, three forms verifying residency within league boundaries can be used)
-Completed Medical release form
