The coaches are VOLUNTEERS.
The referees and umpires are HUMAN.
You and your child do NOT play for the Blues or the Cardinals!
The kids are here to learn and have FUN!
Guidelines for All Players, Coaches, Officials, Parents and Spectators
Be a positive role model and encourage sportsmanship by showing respect and courtesy.
Demonstrate positive support for all players, coaches, officials and spectators at every game, and practice.
Do not engage in any kind of unsportsmanlike conduct with any official, coach, player, or parent such as booing, taunting or using profane language or gestures, etc.
Do not ridicule or yell at a player for making a mistake or losing a competition.
Respect the officials and their authority during games and will never question, discuss, or confront coaches or referees at the game field, and take the time to speak with coaches at an agreed upon time and place.
Refrain from coaching the players during games and practices, unless you are one of the official coaches of the team.
Emphasize skill development and practice!
