SPC 1st-2nd Grade Tip Off Basketball Program

The St. Peter Chanel ("SPC") Basketball Program is run by volunteers of the SPC Athletic Ministry.

Sessions begin at the end October and run for 6 weeks through the middle of December. Sessions are held for 1 hour and 15 minutes on Sundays in the Queen of Angels Gym.

SPC 1st-2nd Basketball Fall 2024

St. Peter Chanel 1st-2nd Grade Tip-Off Basketball Program

The St. Peter Chanel ("SPC") Basketball Program is run by volunteers of the SPC Athletic Ministry. The 1st-2nd grade basketball program is a recreational league run by parent volunteers. The program is focused 50% on skills and 50% games. We will focus on the basics of learning the fundamentals of basketball. Most of the time the kids will be doing activities to learn about basketball and the goal is for them to gain confidence in dribbling, passing and shooting the ball.

1st-2nd Grade Basketball Program Registration begins on August 23rd and closes on September 30th.

1st-2nd Grade Program

Season runs for 6 weeks from the end of October to mid December
Practices/Scrimmages are on Sundays in the Queen of Angels gym
Registration Fee is $100
Sibling discount - $15 for second child, $15 for third child, $15 for fourth child, $15 for subsequent children signed up at registration
Reversible Jersey and Training Basketball is provided to registrants and is included in the registration fee

The program runs 1 hour and 15 minute sessions on Sundays in the SPC Gym as follows:
