MONDAY UPDATE - 1st-8th Grade Evaluations Coming Soon

HYBA Evaluations are coming soon! Each player from 1st through 8th grades must attend ONE of the evaluation times below. It will only take a few minutes per player so be patient with us and we will see you soon. We are looking forward to a great season!

If you are currently on a wait list please note that we are actively working to get your player cleared from the wait list. You still should plan on coming to one of the evaluation times below. Please note, the only way to make sure your registration is confirmed is if your credit card has been charged and you have an e-mail confirmation regarding that charge.

ALL Evaluations are at Lost Mountain Middle School. Enter on the left-side door closest to the parking lot. Keep in mind there are TWO entrances to LMMS from Old Mountain Road, so if one entrance is closed please try the other one!

We will have as many as 4 age groups' evaluations in 2 gyms going at the same time, so please make sure you find the appropriate age group table to check-in.

Please study this grid carefully as each age group / division has unique set of dates/times. If you have any questions, contact the age group coordinator listed. All age groups should eventually have a signup genius link to reserve a time slot (coming soon). Keep in mind this is an ESTIMATED time to help us with crowd control, not an appointment. For the ones with links below, go ahead and grab one slot for your player.
