New, starting with the 2024 season, all Little League volunteers who are required to complete a Little League Volunteer Application and Background Check must also complete abuse awareness training prior to assuming any of his or her duties for the 2024 season.

All managers and coaches are required to complete the Diamond Leader Program. This is a requirement for tournament play. Certificate of completion is to be included in the tournament affidavit package. Some FAQ are included in this article.

Van Nest and Pelham Bay Little Leagues will host the 2024 New York Metro Urban Initiative Jamboree, Friday June 7 to Sunday June 9.
Teams from the NY Metro area as well as teams from other states will compete. More information to follow.
