COACHING SERVICES PROGRAMS
Club-Based Educational Development Service
A senior American Soccer Academy coaching director will work full-time to oversee and organize your entire club’s coaching curriculums, individual coaches’ development, parent clinics and supervision of all practice sessions throughout the year.
Mentor Program
American Soccer Academy will conduct an interactive program for the further development of club coaches and players. Club coaches are invited to attend an American Soccer Academy Master Class, where they can learn techniques to utilize within their own coaching sessions under the supervision of one of our Professional Trainers.
Team-Based Coaching
During the coach placement process, American Soccer Academy embraces a “Developmentally-Centric” approach to managing our travel teams. We strongly believe in this framework which results in a much better training environment and development experience for our players. This approach is a central principle of American Soccer Academy which allows the best possible “match” between prospective teams, at different developmental stages, and the right coach from our group of professionals. Knowing that youth players develop physically, emotionally, and cognitively at different times and in different ways, we acknowledge we must accommodate teams with a coach that has proven experience and success working within the relevant developmental stages
To facilitate this process, American Soccer Academy’s Technical Director oversees the placement of one of our professionals with the proper experience in the relevant age group and level. Constant developmental updates of all teams are provided to the Technical Director by each Travel Team head coach allowing for an infrastructure and added resource to help teams move in the right direction.

An American Soccer Academy Professional Coach will customize a training program, run all training sessions and attend all games throughout the entire season.
Season Team Trainer
An American Soccer Academy Professional Trainer will implement an age-appropriate curriculum and coach your team for the entire season.
Individual Team Training Sessions
An American Soccer Academy Professional Trainer will conduct a soccer specific session or attend a game and conduct an evaluation of your team.
