The first two sessions, at each location, are open to coaches and league officials, in addition to the umpires.Managers, Coaches and League Officials are strongly encouraged to attend these first two sessions.This assures that everyone is getting the same rules explanations as the umpires, which avoids many problems. The Umpire Registration Form  MUST be signed by your league President.. Pre-registration is NOT required (nor accepted).Coaches do not need to fill out the registration form.  This is only for the umpires. Umpires: Simply fill out the form and bring it along with you to the first session at the location of your choice. As always, attendance at all four sessions is required in order to receive the current year’s certification.
