I’m very excited to announce we have joined the Chicago City Soccer Club and will be known as Chicago City Soccer Club West after our current spring season.
Chicago City currently has over 50 youth teams & 650 players across the City of Chicago. As a non-profit 501C3 organization and an Illinois Youth Soccer Association (IYSA) Five Star Club, City has become one of the top regional programs.
I've had a great friendship with the Founder, Nick Mulvaney and a great respect for Chicago City over the years as they have provided our players an opportunity to compete in the USL Super Y League. Our 2003 and 2005 boys both won their Midwest regional league which qualified them for the Super Y National Championship in Tampa, FL. 2019. One of our very own Patrick Mikina (2005) was scouted and selected to the USL Experience at the event which is a national ID event scouted by US National Team staff, USL Pro Club staff, and multiple college coaches.
This is a great opportunity for all of our players, families and community with the programs Chicago City Soccer Club has to offer. I am excited to work with the Chicago City team to elevate the programming in our area, and I will continue to work with them as president of Chicago City SC West.
With that being said - we would like to announce our Tryouts in conjunction with Chicago City SC on May 13th & 20th as well as FREE Clinics for 2017-2014 Boys & Girls on May 21st & June 11th.
