MYSC's moving on...

As long-term members of the North County Youth Soccer Association (NCYSA), Mukilteo Youth Soccer Club is planning to separate from NCYSA at the completion of the 2023 spring season. This decision wasn’t easy, after nearly 50 years we believe that we have hit a ceiling and are no longer able to thrive at NCYSA.

We want the ability to have a fair and equitable environment to continue to serve our families in a sustained, cost-effective, high-quality, and reliable way.

Given the current climate and barriers, we will be pivoting to a new organizational structure that we believe is more aligned, nimble, and forward-focused to fulfill the current and expanding needs of our players, families, and future.

Mukilteo Youth Soccer Club and Everett Youth Soccer Club will be the founding principals of the newly formed North South Rec League (NSRL). We will be sanctioned under US Club and Washington Premier League (WPL) and will be continuing to proudly serve our soccer communities. Both clubs will continue to run autonomously and plan to onboard other area clubs to increase team counts in the coming months.

We hope NCYSA is around for years to come, and that they will continue to serve their member clubs with the greatest of success. We wish nothing but the best for everyone.

We thank our families and players for the ability to continue to serve them.

More information regarding NSRL will be posted in the coming months. Be sure to follow us on Instagram for updates.
