Family Fun Day, Saturday, September 19th

This Saturday is Family Fun Day, and, personally, my favorite day of the fall season. Activities will include (additional information is constrained the attached flyer):

• Face painting and temporary tattoos

• Touch-a-truck with Norton Fire and Police

• Music / DJ

• Human foosball

• Cotton candy

• The Downtown has kindly donated pizzas which will be available in the concession stand at a small price.

Volunteers Needed for our Concession Stand

Do you have a passion for concessions or volunteering? If so, you’ve come to the right spot. We are looking for adult volunteers to assist beginning this Saturday. If you are interested and available for a one-hour shift between 8am and 2pm, please use this link to sign up.

Field Changes for U11/12 Boys and Girls and U7/8 Girls

Going forward, all U11/12 boys games will be played on the 9v9 field (field 5) and the U7/8 and U11/12 girls will swap fields meaning U7/8 will move to fields 1 and 2 and U11/12 will move to fields 4 near and far. There are no other changes to field locations and no changes to game times. Revised schedule is attached.

Fundraisers at Goat City and Sweet Stuff Bake Shop

On Monday, September 19th, we will be partnering up with the Norton High Girls Soccer Boosters for a fundraiser at Goat City Pub! Take a break from cooking AND support our program! Please be sure to show the attached flyer to have 20% donated back. You can either show the flyer on your phone, or print it out if you’d like. Be sure to put it on your calendars! And please note that the event is on a Monday night now (when it was Home Plate the fundraiser nights were on Tuesdays).

On Wednesday, September 21st, Sweet Stuff Bake Shop will be donating 25% of all sales back to NYS. Please stop in and grab yourself or the whole family a treat.

Picture Day, Saturday, September 24th

Next Saturday, September 24th, is picture day. We’ll share a schedule next week but all pictures are taken before games so please plan to arrive earlier than usual. Coaches, please stop by the concession stand to grab order forms before your games.

No Dog Policy

As a reminder, we do not allow dogs on the NYS fields.
