Viewing and printing your team’s schedule

1. Click on Team Central
2. Click on Post Schedules
3. Select the grade/division for your player’s team
4. If not selected, select the Schedule
5. Select your player’s team

Viewing your team’s roster

1. Click on Team Central
2. Click on Team Directory
3. Type your teams name and click search
4. Click the Roster link under the image for your player’s team

Coaches

Email your team

1. Log into the site
2. Go to the home page
3. Click on Team Central
4. Click on Team Directory
5. Type your teams name and click search
6. Click the Team Home link under the image for your team
7. Click on Email
8. When sending to all, be sure to select “Select All”

Add Practices to the schedule

1. Log into the site
2. Go to the home page
3. Click on Team Central
4. Click on Team Directory
5. Type your teams name and click search
6. Click the Team Home link under the image for your team
7. Click on Calendar
8. Click on the Create Event button
9. Select Practice
10. Select the location, if there is not a location, let us know ([email protected])
11. Put in the first date and time for practice
12. Click on repeat event if this will be repeated on the same day
13. Set the Duration
14. Click to Notify parents of the practices as well. An email will go out with a link to the schedule.
